Integrating Adsense to your Youtube channel is a feature that is available to only YouTube Partners. Inorder to become YT partners, you can read the points mentioned in the above post and once you are a partner, you will have another option to integrate your adsense and further monetize!

Super awesome, i have a few questions that i hope you can help me out with.
-I’m working on a mid-large scale music festival, and i’ll be harvesting the live performances from and uploading online, i would of course have the rights to the video and LIVE audio, but not the audio itself, does this count as a “unique” video??

1. Yes still you can make money from YouTube. Firstly there is currently no requirement that you need a channel views of 100K views. I have started monetizing one of my channels with merely 2000 channel views (even though the amount is low as views are low). Basically, upload the content that you own and enable monetization on your content from within YouTube by linking to your Google adsense account if you already have one.
2. Secondly, just like many artists now make money online by performing and uploading “cover” videos of some songs, you shall upload the live performance you own and attribute the credit to the original song artist. Most cases youtube tries to match the pitch and lets you know if there is a copyright infringement reported on your content.
